Sugar loves Coco palm seeds - unfortunately they are poisonous
Sugar, one of my kelpies, is very addicted to the cocos palm seeds dropped in our yard by fruitbats.
Just recently, as soon as I noticed her bringing up the telltale orange coloured liquid, I gave her a dose of the poisoning remedy. I then gave her the sudden illness remedy and this resulted in the ingested seeds being brought up. This stage was quite distressing for me to watch but I remembered what Eric and Cathy said about looking for improvement in an animal’s mental state while they went through the worsening stage. One of the good signs for me was that my dog kept drinking fresh water. The last time this had happened (before I started using the Heal With Ease kits), it was an expensive stay at the vets’ for my dog while they re-hydrated her and eased her pain via a drip.
With some follow up remedy advice from Cathy, I was amazed at how quickly Sugar recovered. No expensive trip to the vet!
