Annie, 13 from Queensland

Annie, 13 from Queensland

My daughter, Annie (13 yrs), has always suffered with very poor memory and the ability to retain information. I have not had her diagnosed, but it is like central processing disorder, where the brain cannot assimilate information correctly. This ‘disorder’ has always caused her big problems in school and in life in general as she just can’t hold information. She was diagnosed with ADD (not the hyperactivity) when she was 6yrs old and we followed the ‘elimination diet’ for a few years. Her main problem then was oppositional defiance and the diet worked well. However, over the last couple of years we have not stuck to it as closely as previously as it is so restrictive. Annie’s opposition rears its ugly head at times, but we seem to be able to cope with these occasional episodes.

Annie is also suffering from teenage hormonal changes at the moment which are problematic; she has a very strong sweat smell (which is quite offensive) under her arms, even though she showers regularly and uses deodorant (which is another issue!!). Even more disturbing is the growth of fine black hairs on her lower back and below the nape of her neck and even some below her belly-button. I’m sure these are all hormone related, so something to help get her hormones  back on track would be fantastic to help her self-esteem.

Any help with the above issues would be great as Annie is at that age now where her poor memory is a big problem at high school, and the hormones are causing a big problem with her self-esteem.

We will be working with Annie for the next 12 months to clear up her poor memory issues and rebalance her hormones.  It is such an important time in a person’s life – teenage years can be very traumatic when you are struggling with peer pressure, confidence issues, hormone imbalance and learning difficulties in the form of poor memory.

The first step to helping Annie is to review her photo for underlying issues.  This might sound a little wishy washy but it is incredible what problems can be picked up this way and like anything, when you know the problems you can start working on them.

So what did we find in Annie’s photo/energy:

- Entamoebic Coli

- Aflatoxins

- Fasciola Hepatica (Flukeworm)

- Anxiety Neurosis

- Chicken Pox

Annie had 20 remedies come up to take over the next 56 days.

Annie’s remedies will work on clearing out the toxins, bacteria and parasites we found in her system.  Then we will run another healing plan and see what is next priority for Annie.

August Update

Annie and her mother have had an interesting month with some full on arguments, screaming matches and even a few things being thrown.  Now this is not unusual in Annie’s home but the argument they had after Annie started her healing plan was a big one.

Since that release, Annie has been calmer and happier emotionally.  There were some days when she didn’t attend school during the start of the healing plan as the remedies made her very tired.  This was her body trying to heal her.  The best healing happens during sleep.  Luckily her mum was on to it and let her rest.

Annie’s mum email through this update a few days ago:

It feels like ages since I was in touch with you, but I think that’s because we don’t have the massive rows to tell you about now! It felt It felt like we were having them every other day before. The relationship between (Annie) and me seems to have changed considerably – we are much less volatile and more laid back. That’s not to say that we don’t have a ‘difference of opinion’ any more, but any differences seem more like a molehill than a mountain. I think I told you in the last email that we laugh together much more now and the simplest of things seems funny. (Annie) is more relaxed in herself now too, she doesn’t seem as anxious as  before and seems more able to think things through now whereas previously her head would have been full of anxiety, leaving no room for reasoning. I know this is just the beginning of her homeopathic journey with you, but her emotional and mood changes so far have already helped her enormously.

On a physical level I’m not sure what is going on. Her eating habits are odd at the moment – she isn’t eating as much as she used to. I’m not quite sure why this is and I’m a bit concerned she might be trying to lose weight (however, she still eats lollies). She put on quite a bit of weight at the beginning of the year and she hasn’t grown in height to stretch it out. She doesn’t look overweight in the slightest, but some of her friends are very, very skinny. I know that she is aware of it as I measure her height and weight on her birthdays and record it; on her last birthday in January she wouldn’t tell me her weight. I’m just hoping that the homeopathic remedies are the cause of the change in eating habits, not something more. What do you think?

We will be watching that Annie isn’t trying to lose weight at this stage as many teenagers try to do.  My initial thoughts to this issue is that Annie is probably absorbing her nutrients properly now and not in need of so much food.

The same as with Sally, Annie hasn’t finished her last plan so we are not sure what issues will become obvious for Annie in the next plan at this stage.  We don’t think it will take 12 months to get Annie back on track due to her age, however we will be with her for the next 11 months to assist her through the early stages of puberty.

September Update

In Annie’s second healing plan we found:

- CJD (BST), aka Madcow disease

- Dual Personality

Annie’s mum wrote for me to share with you, the following:

Regarding Annie’s six week healing plan, I would say there has been a big shift somewhere. She has had several very angry tantrums which have only lasted for an hour or so, then she has been very placid, often emotionally drained and tired. The time between these outbursts has increased so they seem less frequent now. I have also noticed that she is much more physically demonstrative now whereas she has always been a child that didn’t like to be touched much – she was never a cuddly child. It’s as though she feels safe to show her feelings physically now.

This has been fantastic for me; as a Mother I have always wanted her to be a cuddly child but I couldn’t force her to be that way.

Annie’s appetite has been changing over the six weeks too. There was a time a few weeks ago when she didn’t want to eat much at all. Now her appetite has picked up again, although she is still the fussiest person I know regarding food!!

One of the main ‘difficulties’ we have had with Annie, ever since she was about 3, was her oppositional defiance. We have tried all sorts in the past to try and ‘fix’ it with varying degrees of success. Now, while I write this, I realise that there has not been arguing for ages (except the tantrums, which are less frequent). Our family atmosphere is far more pleasant and amicable. I think she has started to chill out and relax; she has been a very anxious child in the past.

Annie has also had alternating constipation and diahorrea. This is something she has had occasionally in the past, but it has been more frequent during the last six weeks.

When we discussed the CJD and dual personality issues that came up for Annie this month, her mum was not so surprised.  Both her and her husband are from England and know all about Madcow disease.

It will be very interesting to see if these two remedies can assist Annie with her mood swings.

December Update

Annie has had a huge three months with a quick trip to England to visit her Grandmother who had been hospitalised and then returning home to have her dad (who works overseas) home for a visit.  These are emotional things all on their own but to have the pressure of teenage life – peers, hormones, etc to go on top of this has been hard for Annie.

There has still been episodes of aggressive behaviour, although they are getting less frequent and one of the biggest shifts has been that Annie now realises the event and can talk about the fact that she is a totally different person during the episode.

Annie’s last healing plan was done at the beginning of November and bought us into the present issues that Annie is dealing with.  The most important thing we are clearing in this plan is Meningitis C.

February 2011 Update

Well we are a number of healing plans down the track now.  We have reached Annie’s present issues and things are going remarkably well.

Here is the update we received from Annie’s mum today, 16 February 2011:

Annie has been hungry of late and is eating more than she had been so I’m very happy about that. She is less stressed about schoolwork this year and she is managing her homework much better too. So far things are looking good.

Annie and her mum have had a few serious disagreements in December but the last two months have been very quiet.  The progress we have made has been incredible for 8 months.  Still 4 months to go with the twelve months we committed to.  I wonder how much further we can heal Annie in that time.
