Energy remedies are very easy to administer to people. There are a few different options listed below. Just pick the one that works best for you and your family.
We would like to remind everyone here that the effectiveness of energy remedies are affected by tea tree and eucalyptus oils. It is important to avoid all exposure to these oils while taking energy remedies.
What type of remedy do you have – pilules or liquid?
Pilule Remedies
These are very easy to administer on yourself. Tip 1 pilule onto your hand and then put it under your tongue and allow it to dissolve. If you tip out more than 1 pilule then you can have them all so long as you have them all in the same moment. A dose is what you take in the moment, unlike chemical medication where more is a higher dose.
If you are giving the pilules to someone else, then tip 1 pilule onto their hand and let them put it in their mouth. As for tipping out more than one, see above. The reason you need to avoid touching the remedy is that they can easily be absorbed by osmosis (through the skin).
Liquid Remedies
Shake bottle or give a series of firm taps on your hand.
We recommend that all our remedies be given as 2-3 drops for a dose or 1 spray if you have a spray bottle. Like the pilules it doesn’t matter if you have more than the allocated amount so long as it is had in one go. In reality you only need one drop but it is hard to only get one drop.
The remedy can be applied under the tongue or on the skin. As mentioned above the remedy is easily absorbed through osmosis (through the skin). On the skin is a good option if the remedy is to be given immediately after brushing teeth or having a coffee.
Adding the remedy to food
It is never ideal to have the remedy with food. Give yourself a gap of 15mins either side of eating, if possible.
Adding the remedy to water
Water is the only liquid we would recommend you adding the remedy to. Again it can be 1 or more pilules (one is all that is needed) or 2-3 drops of the liquid remedies. Give the water/remedy blend a good stir and treat with some of the water. All the water can be drunk but the same rules apply – to only get one dose you need to have the whole drink in one go. Waiting until later to finish the drink will mean an addition dose.
