We have had a lot of enquiry into tick poisoning lately and wanted to share with you the healing of Sampson over the last few days in September 2008.

Sampson is our neighbours dog and had gone ‘missing’ on Saturday. They looked everywhere and couldn’t locate him. Sunday he was discovered under the corner of the house in a damp, shaded spot. At this point he was very wobbly in the back legs, flat in his energy and appeared generally unwell.

On close examination they found a well engorged tick on him. Sampson is a very tiny silky terrier and the tick rocked him severely. They chose not to go to the vet and asked if we would do our best to save him.

The following is the exact procedure we followed:

After the tick was removed, we gave him 5 doses of No. 5 Bites & Stings over about an hour. We found the coolest place in our house, which happened to start with the bath and then to the verandah and later as it cooled a spot out of the draft so he didn’t get a chill.

After locating the bath in the first instance, we mixed up some water with honey and green tea to hydrate him and give him energy. He wouldn’t lap which is normal at this stage of the illness. We put our fingers in the tea mix and placed it on his mouth/nose area. He happily licked our fingers and his mouth. We would do this for a minute or so.

Next we left him in an enclosed basket so he didn’t try to move around. We left him and when we checked him we did so from afar and if he was asleep left him alone. When we checked and he was awake we would go back and give him some more liquid, a pat and some words of reassurance.

Then left him again. This process continued through the day and as the cool night air came in he had laboured breathing. We at this point gave him the Respiratory distress remedy. This settled his breathing and again he slept. When he awoke with offered fresh water, which he drank a little and raw egg which he also ate a little.

Before we went to bed we checked him and he was warm. We gave him the Fever remedy and let him sleep through the night. We didn’t get up and check and we didn’t disturb him at all. In the morning he was brighter and enjoyed some fresh air outside for a few minutes.

He then had another Bites & Stings remedy and offered more raw egg, tea mixture and water. He was lapping a little and had some water and ate two raw eggs. He was alert and keen to get out of his basket, however we made him stay in and rest for the day. He did have a few very short fresh air breaks outside.

In short what we did for Sampson was let him rest, kept him hydrated and gave him some energy food. This combined with the remedies as he needed and he was up and about in three days.

It is good that our neighbour saved the vet bills, however more importantly Sampson didn’t have any medication to heal the poisoning and now has a natural immunity to ticks.

I bought your kit at the beginning of the year after the workshop that Eric did with the Australian Koolie Club. I have used it on a couple of occassions with Izzy my Kelpie x when she has had digestion problems which results in quite loud burps after 15 minutes (quite funny).

Well lately I have had to use the accident one quite a lot with Ceejay, my Australian Koolie, and I cannot beleive the results. Ceejay did a ligament in her tail, it drooped and wouldn’t stand up. I gave her two doses on the day and then went to my vet the next morning. She checked her out and said it was a ligament and would take a week or two to heal and she said you can give her antibiotics but they don’t work the best. I mentioned the kit, and she said use that as it would get better results, don’t you love vets that are all for alternative remedies. Well within days her tail was up and wagging. Yesterday Ceejay pulled a muscle in her back leg, I gave her a bowen therapy rub and again used the kit, twice during the day. When I went to bed last night she still had a slight limp, woke this morning and she is running and playing once again. I am quite relieved on how quickly this works as my two girls do obediance and agility and to have results like this is amazing. These accidents have happened all in the last 7 days.

Thank you once again Eric for showing us the product at the workshop. I am going to buy a book now on homeotherapy to fully understand how it all works.

Jeannie purchased her Beginners Kit in March 2008. She has Wynmah Pony Stud at Tamborine Village with ten horses, two dogs and a cat.

Quote “Over the time of having this kit I have saved thousands of dollars on vet bills and been amazed at how quick and efficient the healing is. I could see an improvement in their health in every instance, in such a short time.

Eric and Cathy should be congratulated on how easy and simple the kits are to use. A must for every breeder and animal lover.

Being able to treat animals on the spot at first sign of symptoms has given us the ability to keep our horses healthy and fit and ready for the show ring.

The ability to be able to contact either Eric or Cathy has been a great source of comfort while I have been exploring these new tools at my disposal.”

In this time she has used her Beginners Kit to treat:

1. A stallion with severe Itch and a chest infection.

2. A foal with rain scald which turned into itch.

3. Maiden mare with colic was healed with the Fever remedy.
4. Young Gelding with more severe colic (not laying down) was treated with the Fever remedy and monitored for several hours until he came good. Fine next day after bowel motion.
5. A horse who cut his leg on wire was treated with the Accident remedy and the Infection remedy alternating over two days. Also at the same time Jeannie used sea mineral cream on the wound. Two weeks later it was completely healed up ‘as good as gold’. Jeannie could not believe how quick it had healed.
6. Four horses had conjunctivitis. Jeannie rinsed their eyes with natural honey (not heat treated) and warm water. Then treated with the Bites & Stings remedy. All came good.
7. Two of Jeannies two year old horses presented with diarrhoea. She treated them both with the Poison remedy and they came good within hours.
8. The neighbours saw their horse bitten by a Whip Snake. They immediately treated it with the Bites & Stings remedy. No symptoms emerged.
9. Jeannie’s dogs get itchy skin after flea treatment. She stops that quickly with the Bites & Stings remedy.
10. She also treats her old dog for arthritis with the Accident remedy from time to time to keep it under control.

Also with Consultations with us Jeannie has been able to heal:

1. A foal of good breeding was brought in from a drought affected area. The trip was long and she wasn’t good when she arrived. Initial thought was a protein deficiency, which we treated with the Abscess remedy. She was a little better from this treatment, however her coat was still not good. We then followed up with the Grief remedy. The result was a foul bowel motion and a full lifting of her coat. Five weeks later she was the winner at the South Qld open all breeds show, Gatton in the first week of May.

Before & 5 weeks later

2. Stallion with a severe cough. A remedy was created from a hair sample. The cough has improved dramatically and only returns when the ground is dusty.

3. Young Gelding with undescended testicles was treated with the Grief remedy. A full drop occurred within a week to 10 days.

Hello Animal Owners,
My name is Solomon. I was the much love companion to my master Max who passed away after a long illness last December. In my grief I forgot cars raced along the lane at the back of our home and on the night before his funeral, I went to have a quiet moment and was hit by one of them. I don’t remember a lot about it , but I am really a very lucky little dog. Because Linda (Max’s wife) came looking for me and started straight into Heal with ease Treatment, calling in Eric & Cathy for back up. Yes I did go to the vet the next day to be sure of no broken bones etc, very sore otherwise OK. A little later I was still feeling down and Eric gave me a grieving remedy. Wow!! How that helped. I’m now a very happy, lively and spoilt (but don’t tell Linda) little dog an hope for many more years of this good life with help from Heal with ease.
Yours Linda Tighe on Behalf of Solomon.

Athol and I have been breeding Quarter Horses for the past twenty years and have had a few horses with the Queensland Itch.
Up until recently we had been using sprays and rugs which was not very successful and is also time consuming, not to mention the cost of sprays and rug repairs.
We recently purchased the Itch kit from Heal with Ease and to our delight and amazement the treatment has worked.
We have treated two broodmares that suffered from the Itch one was quite bad. The treatments are quick and easy and after two treatments you would not know that either mare suffered the Itch.
We are now waiting for the warmer weather to return to see how long the treatment will last or even if it has cured the mares of the Itch.
The worst case scenario would be that we have to treat the mares a few times each year and for us that is a win win situation.
Please feel free to contact us with regards to the Heal with Ease products.
PS We will be purchasing the Breeders Kit for this coming season.
